Do you offer support?
Yes! We work really hard to make sure you are taken care of at no additional cost to you. You will have access to our email, online tutorials, a free 20 minute onboard training, and free live chat support. That’s a lot of support!
How do I close my account or can I cancel anytime?
We’re sorry to hear you want to close your account, but we get it, sometimes that happens. Yes, you can cancel your CaptureMD subscription at any time. Log in to your dashboard and select the Edit Profile section. Scroll to the bottom left-hand corner of your profile, locate the orange ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
When will my credit card be charged?
The cost of your subscription is a month-to-month cost of $99. We do not lock you into an annual contract. As a subscriber, you may cancel or terminate your account, associated email address and/or access to our Services by submitting a cancellation or termination request to support@capturemd.io, or by clicking Cancel Account located in your profile dashboard.
How long are the videos?
Depending on the video type can record up to 50 (patient testimonials) or 90 (branded videos) seconds, which is long enough for your happy customers to tell why they chose your service or product.
